OFF-BROADWAY: Three Sisters with Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard, A Midsummer's Night Dream with Bebe Neuwirth and Christina Ricci, Ivanov with Ethan Hawke and Joely Richardson (Classic Stage Company), Rutherford and Son (Mint Theater Company), and The Death of Bessie Smith (New Brooklyn Theater). He received two Innovative Theater Award nominations for the world premier of Old Familiar Faces in the NYC Fringe. He has appeared in several workshop productions of his own play The Second Sun, most recently at the Signature Theater Center. POOYA MOHSENI, MADAME
Pooya is an Iranian/American actor and a proud graduate of the esteemed Maggie Flanagan Studio. Her most recent stage performances have been in Theater 167's You Are Now the Owner of This Suitcase (dir. Ari Laura Kreith), Dewey Moss' Death of a Persian Prince (NYMITF / SAIPAF / DUO Theatre at DMAC), and in Fringe NYC's A Touch of Forever (by Josiah De Andrea, dir. Michael Tartaglia). She is also keeping busy by playing a range of characters in front of camera, the most recent being a recurring guest star on the new drama Falling Water (USA - premieres Fall 2016), a co-star on Madame Secretary (CBS, dir. Eric Stoltz), and the Columbia Grad thesis film Day 39 (Academy Award Finalist - dir. Jesse Gustafson). Her latest DVD release Brutal Colors, a thriller by Mike Conroy in which she plays the stern and malicious housekeeper, will be hitting Walmart shelves July 2016. WILLIAM VALLES, CLAIRE
William is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. This is his first project since moving to NYC! UNCSA credits include: Man in Chair in THE DROWSY CHAPERONE, Berenger in RHINOCEROS, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM (performed with the NC Symphony), and MISALLIANCE. William danced with Heritage Ballet and has studied with Trinity Repertory Company.
